Kimberley Ferguson

Kimberley is a Senior Paralegal at Carr Legal Group with nearly three decades of experience in legal administration and support. She holds a TAFE Certificate in Administration and has worked in legal roles in Tamworth since 1997.

Throughout her career, Kimberley has worked as both a Legal Secretary and Paralegal across several local law firms, primarily supporting matters in Family Law and Criminal Law. Her extensive experience and practical knowledge make her a valuable support to the legal team and to clients navigating complex legal matters.

In her role at Carr Legal Group, Kimberley assists the Family Law solicitors with a wide range of tasks, including organising mediations, preparing subpoenas, filing court documents and liaising with clients, barristers, courts and other law firms.

Kimberley particularly values being able to support clients during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. She also enjoys the variety that comes with family law matters and appreciates the supportive team environment within the firm.

Born and raised in Tamworth, Kimberley has strong family roots in the region going back several generations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as camping, fishing and boating. Kimberley is also a keen painter and regularly attends painting classes, with some of her artwork displayed in the Carr Legal Group office.
